We had a relatively small remediation job (about $1,000 in cost). PCI Pro identified what was necessary and avoided doing unnecessary repairs. For instance, one ceiling had a few mold spots, and they decided they could just repaint it instead of replacing it. In the more damaged area, they replaced a ceiling and made it look like new. They also did a little extra painting that wasn’t in the contract. And the place was spanking clean when they left.
